Getting to know your needs & goals

We like to call this the Discovery phase - sounds magical, right? We're going to spend some time discovering everything we need to know about your business and what you need from your new website so that we can establish a solid, shared understanding of what's required. Through this stage, we'll create a specification, wireframes, sitemap and more. 

Bringing your website to life

The Build phase is the exciting part - where you'll start to see all of the concepts and ideas come to life. Our in-house team of designers will work with you to understand your likes and dislikes to get a feel for the direction you want to take. We'll also get familiar with your brand guidelines, taking into account things like fonts, colours and logos. You might see moodboards, stylescapes and ideas early on to establish we're going the right way. 

The nitty-gritty part

Our experienced Development team will work hard to transform your designs into a living, breathing, working website that meets all of the requirements and specification we'd agreed. Front-end developers will craft the code behind the designs into a fully-responsive web interface, whilst back-end developers will spin up the CMS and link up to the front-end. We'll also loop in with your technical teams or third-party suppliers as needed to connect APIs or third-party systems. 

Releasing your website into the world

After rigorous testing on our side, we'll go through some final stages ahead of the website launch. We provide Umbraco CMS training for your team so that you've got everything you need to work with your website going forward. Our Inbound Marketing team will also get involved to make sure everything from an SEO perspective is set up correctly.  

Ongoing maintenance and support

Once live, you'll have a warranty period to help fix any bugs or issues missed during testing. After that, you'll get access to one of our Support packages, where our dedicated Customer Success team will work with you to keep your website secure and running smoothly - across things like technical maintenance, content support, security updates and new functionality.
