This page tells you the terms of use on which you may make use of our website www.prodo.com ("our site"). Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use the site. By using our site, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT PRODO

1.1 www.prodo.com is a site operated by Prodo Social Software Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 13997796 and have our registered office at The Stables, Little Heath Road, Littleton, Chester CH3 7DW.

2. ACCESSING OUR SITE

2.1 You are provided access to our site in accordance with these terms and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these terms. Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users. Registration You warrant that:

the personal information which you are required to provide when you become a customer is true, accurate, correct and complete in all respects; and you will notify us immediately of any changes to the personal information by contacting info@prodo.com by email, or calling us on 0844 871 7272 between the hours of 8.30am  - 5.00pm

 

2.2 You agree not to impersonate any other person or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.

 

2.3 You agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold us or our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers harmless immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other liability arising out of your use of our site or the use by any other person accessing our site using your account and/or your personal information.

 

3. OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to;

modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently our website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of our site; and/or

change the conditions from time to time and your continued use of our site (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change in the conditions you must immediately stop using our site.

4.1 We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

5.2 This does not affect our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, nor our liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

 

6. PRIVACY

6.1 We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. We will treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer legislation from time to time in place. When you purchase goods on our site, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, and product selection.

 

6.2 We confirm that any personal information which you provide to us (or which is available on public registers) is held in accordance with applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer legislation from time to time in place. We use your information only for the following purposes:

 

Processing your orders and to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us;

Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by e-mail. Transactions concluded through our site Contracts for the supply of Products formed through our site or as a result of visits made by you are governed by our terms and conditions of supply.
