Terms of the Shift Survey
Entry to the prize draw will be confirmed per survey completion. Only one entry per email address. One winner will be selected at random and contacted to verify the email address. The winner will receive a £250 Amazon voucher or a £250 donation to their chosen charity - there is no cash alternative to the prize. The winner will be notified directly via the email address given upon entry.
