Information Gathering

This stage of the process can vary in terms of output, essentially encompassing activities which we identify as most appropriate from the initial scoping in order to gain a full understanding of the now. Therefore, enabling us to pick out important trends and insights to identify gaps in the following phase.

Including items such as:

  • Stakeholder workshops
  • Staff interviews 
  • Tech stack audit
  • Customer research

Insight Generation

The second phase is where we run an internal Prodo workshop as a team of consultants, to discuss and assess the first phase in order to identify problems and trends from the research.

Our teams' expertise is paramount in this phase having completed many consultancy and technical implementation projects successfully in the past - we've seen all of the common issues before and have put measures in place with our clients to remedy them.

Recommend & Report

The final phase is the combination of the first two steps, as well as pairing recommendations and solutions to the identified issues and problems. 

We'll generate a full report of findings including all of the detail, workings and recommended roadmap of improvements, as well as pairing a presentation document prepared for board / senior exec level stakeholders.
