Purpose of the Policy

This policy sets out Prodo’s approach to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) 
across all areas of our business. It reflects our legal obligations under the Equality Act 2010 
and our commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive working environment.

 

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, temporary staff, consultants and job 
applicants. It covers all aspects of employment including recruitment, onboarding, training, 
development, performance management and daily working practices.

Harassment and Bullying

Harassment, bullying or any form of unwanted conduct that violates a person’s dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile or degrading environment is strictly prohibited. Concerns can be raised through managers or HR channels and will be treated seriously and confidentially.

 

Inclusive Recruitment and Employment Practices

Prodo aims to ensure that all stages of the recruitment and employment lifecycle are free from 
bias. This includes:

Responsibilities

Managers have additional responsibility to:

  • lead by example,
  • challenge inappropriate behaviours,
  • ensure fair and inclusive decision-making.

Raising Concerns

Employees who feel they have been subject to discrimination, harassment or unfair treatment are encouraged to raise their concerns. Issues will be handled promptly, sensitively and without victimisation.
