Role purpose

You will be working as part of an expanding team where you will be developing relationships with potential new housing Customers.

The overarching purpose of this role is two-fold, going to market with:

  1. Prodo’s industry leading mobile app, FrankApp Pro, for social housing providers who need to accelerate channel shift and build sustainable tenancies by engaging their residents digitally
  2. Prodo’s ACS optimised website offering, Cor:de, for housing providers’ private sales and rental arms who need to advertise their properties and drive enquiries for potential new residents

You’ll be looking to build a short-sales-cycle pipeline, to make fast impact on our customer base in the housing sector.

You’ll take your contacts on the full cycle of:

  • Awareness (helping them identify they have a problem to solve, or showing empathy towards the problem they already have identified)
  • Consideration (consulting on the potential options they have to help solve that problem)
  • Decision (pitching to them ‘Why Prodo?’ and ultimately closing them into a customer)

Together with a CRM full of potential leads we have built up over the years in our target market, you’ll have access to a database of new contacts to engage over the phone, via LinkedIn and using automated sales sequencing via HubSpot.

You’ll be seen as consultative support to our target market, showing empathy with their challenges and advising on the solutions Prodo has to offer to help them drive their organisations towards their goals for channel shift and lead generation.

You’ll have access to experts in their field at Prodo (UX, design, accessibility, web development, technical, infrastructure) to help you answer more complex queries from your prospects, but you should be a quick learner, you can adapt to situations and start to provide answers to questions on the spot, as you learn more about our solutions and way of operating.

You will be assigned a number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and will be creating strategies to nurture these leads into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities for the New Business team to close.

Alongside the above, you will be given the opportunity to work together with the New Business team to continually shape our ongoing Sales Strategy. This includes identifying, attracting, engaging with and qualifying in desirable targets across the housing sector to contribute towards Prodo’s continued year-on-year growth.
