Orega is a successful, privately owned serviced office provider with locations in city centres around the UK and Europe. It provides the highest level of support services and professional working environments, complete with top-quality IT and telecoms, meeting rooms, support services, free Wi-Fi and break out areas.
Their current Umbraco site needed to be upgraded to a new HubSpot CMS build, which would allow them to benefit from inbound marketing strategies. The main objective was to give them a fully manageable CMS solution that would strengthen their brand and most importantly allow integration with their internal operating system – giving customers the ability to purchase services, view meeting room availability and book rooms online.
We designed a modern and highly optimised HubSpot website that would help strengthen their brand and service proposition. Through extensive integration iterations with third parties (World Pay and Operate CRM), users are now able to book services and meeting rooms online with ease.
Utilising our extensive SEO skillset, we delivered a fully content managed solution that provided a unique user experience, which is fully optimised for the benefits of search. We have gone on to build and implement a bespoke chatbot (Drift) experience that drove users through the buying cycle to book an office tour, supported with a fully integrated calendar service.
We knew a chatbot was the right tool to support Orega's live chat function - but even we were amazed by the results! The bespoke chatbot creates a unique customer journey depending on which page a visitor enters the site, with the facility to book office tours by location with calendar integration. The bot qualified more leads in its first 3 weeks than the live chat did in a whole year!
