Orega is a serviced office provider with city centre office locations across the UK. Their previous Umbraco site has been upgraded to a new HubSpot CMS build, which allows them to continue to benefit from inbound marketing strategies. The main objective was to give them a fully manageable CMS solution that would strengthen their brand and most importantly allow integration with their internal operating system – giving customers the ability to purchase services, view meeting room availability and book rooms online.
We designed a modern and highly optimised HubSpot website that has helped strengthen their brand and service proposition. Through extensive integration iterations with third parties (World Pay and Operate CRM), users are now able to book services and meeting rooms online with ease.
Utilising our extensive SEO skillset, we delivered a fully content managed solution that provided a unique user experience, which is fully optimised for the benefits of search. We have gone on to build and implement a bespoke chatbot (using Drift) experience that drives users through the buying cycle to book an office tour, supported with a fully integrated calendar service.
