About the role

About the role

Reporting to our Social and Paid Strategist, your role will be to help support the growth of our clients through the technical data-driven insight and paid strategies that will be delivered across multiple channels.  


Working as part of a team, you will use insight tools like HotJar and Google Analytics to identify recommendations to improve the effectiveness of our clients website/SEO performance.  Supporting in the delivery of paid search and paid social campaigns through set up, budget management and reporting. 


You’ll become a valuable extension to the clients marketing team and work alongside the internal Prodo teams (design, content and technical specialists) to deliver the highest quality campaigns.

Key responsibilities for this role

  • Forecast digital marketing strategy performance based on a number of factors including competitor activity, business intelligence and third-party data
  • Make tactical recommendations for website and campaign performance enhancements through the deployment of conversion rate optimisation tactics
  • Provide forecasts for traffic, revenue, lead growth and conversion improvements where recommendations have been made
  • Research clients' area of business with the ability to assess current landscape and make strategic recommendations
  • Work across departments to ensure websites meet tracking requirements and can adequately measure ROI
  • Ensure that new websites meet search engine visibility and indexation criteria
  • Interpretation, analysis and commentary on monthly reports to allow clients to understand their digital marketing activity
  • Ensure that recommended actions adhere to digital marketing best practices
  • Constantly keep up to date with data and marketing trends and work this information into ongoing successful strategies

  1. Strong comprehension of SEO/PPC, social media and insight tools like HotJar and Google Analytics
  2. Excellent organisational skills
  3. Strong numerical and analytical skills to interpret data and create reports 
  4. Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and reporting software
  5. Ability to multitask; running a number of campaigns simultaneously and deliver to deadlines
  6. A can-do approach with a readiness to learn and get out of your comfort zone
  7. The flexibility to work in a team as well as be proactive and self-motivated 
  8. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines
  9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • The ability to think out-of-the-box and solve problems
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
  • Problem-solving skills and project management ability
  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and embrace new technology tools (proven HubSpot experience would be desirable)
  • An understanding of how to use Google Tag Manager (GTM) & Data Studio is desirable, but not essential.
