Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating opportunities and engaging with Customers and Prospects to deliver your revenue target.
  • Delivering group training, facilitating workshops and providing 1:1 coaching to drive product awareness or skill development with customers, prospects or employees.
  • Developing, executing and managing projects, programs and initiatives that support our enterprise sales strategies.
  • Coordinating 1:1’s with the Sales team and giving them constructive feedback

What does the role entail?


  1. Maximise the commercial capability of Prodo in the social housing and
    local authority sectors, through shaping our product strategy and
  2. Bringing your extensive network in social housing across local authority
    and housing association landlords you will unlock opportunities, promote
    Prodo’s digital solutions to unlock capacity and build trust and deliver
    ambitious sales and growth targets.
  3. Support decision-making and help define new routes to market, designing
    and leading on execution & enablement packages.


  • The whole revenue-generating team is high-performing and proactive.
  • Scalable growth of Prodo with repeatable capability.
  • All financial targets continue to be exceeded.
  • Consistent selling & customer engagement practices across all customer-facing teams including Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success and professional Consulting Services.
  • Continue evolution from transactional to needs-based, solution-selling.
  • Ensure Prodo ‘speaks the customer's language’.



  • Deliver the enablement, adoption, collateral, systems and processes that
    realise our strategy
  • Whilst interfacing with stakeholder depts (such as Marketing) ensure the
    systems and tools are configured to maximise the sales engine needs,
    including (but not exclusively) automation forecasting, opportunity
    management, Management information etc
  • Overseeing the end-to-end performance of the sales engines
  • Creating, executing and optimising enablement programmes
  • Create and coordinate CPD-accredited educational content for ongoing
    training and development
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
  • Delivering group training, facilitating workshops and providing 1:1 coaching
  • We are a company built on a strong technical foundation. You will need to
    be fluent in the digital scene as well as be able to understand Prodo
    products and services.

Who you are...

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships with and inspire hard-nosed commercial teams.
  • Proven track record in delivering and growing revenue opportunities.
  • Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
  • Data-Driven with a high attention to detail and a love of continuous learning and development.
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to handle multiple priorities to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Working with and managing a large variety of stakeholders.
  • Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approaches
  • In an environment that is selling complex technology solutions that are insights cloud or SaaS-based to multi-stakeholders to in the Enterprise/ Business to Business space.
