This role needs someone that’s not afraid of a challenge and keen to learn. You’ll be working at the core of our marketing strategy alongside our sales, content and strategist colleagues to structure and implement the inbound methodology across our diverse client accounts.

5 things you’ll be accountable for:

- Support Prodo in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage inbound tactics including SEO, social, email and events to drive customer acquisition.

- Utilise analytical monitoring skills across campaigns so that you can fully understand how our inbound marketing activity creates and converts customers.

- Continually evolve your knowledge on all things inbound marketing and HubSpot, so that you can help us to create kick-ass campaigns and utilise innovative tools that will lead to customer success.

- Get the inside track on everything our customers and competitors are up to with comprehensive research into potential new strategy, software and platforms.

- Show and tell: take your newfound expertise and show us what we can do to improve and transform our inbound marketing strategies.

5 things you need to have:

  • A can-do approach with a readiness to learn and get out of your comfort zone.
  • The flexibility to work in a team as well as be proactive and self-motivated.
  • A keen eye for detail – if something is worth doing, you know it needs to be done it right, every time.
  • The ability to think out-of-the-box and solve problems.
  • A sound understanding of marketing automation and blogging software features.

Some things that might give you that extra edge… 

  • A degree (of any nature – we know your degree might not define you: we’ve got History grads as Business Analysts and English Language grads as Digital Strategists!)  
  • HubSpot Certifications, i.e. Inbound, Inbound Marketing, Growth-Driven Design Agency. (You can enrol right now at to gain access to these free courses – they’ll look great on your CV!)
  • Hands-on experience with HTML/CSS, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS
  • Previous experience within a similar role
