The process of user off-boarding (this is what we call the process after goal completion) is so often overlooked online, but is often a huge focus of business practice offline, a strange but not uncommon contradiction in the world of digital.

In the simplest terms, user off-boarding is how you treat your users (or customers, if applicable) after they've completed the goal that you had for them.
