Total Fitness Bulks Up Its Online Presence With Prodo Digital

We have just launched Total Fitness’ flagship website, this is the first stage in a variety of novel customer-engagement initiatives. The health and fitness club operator is one of the North’s leading fitness brands and currently has 17 centres across the North of England and Wales.

Joanne Hallam, Group Sales and Marketing Director of Total Fitness – “It was clear from the outset that Prodo Digital were the ones we wanted to work with. They were able to demonstrate relevant expertise in our industry and marketplace, with a key emphasis on customer engagement.

“They also brought strong strategic thinking and engaging creative along with bags of enthusiasm, and we’re already forming a strong partnership with them. We’ve been extremely impressed with the design of the site both from an aesthetic look and feel but equally as importantly, from a user experience point of view. With the majority of our customers visiting the site via a mobile device it was crucial that the design was optimised for viewing from these platforms. Prodo managed the whole website project well and ensured that the delivery was on time and on budget.”

Pippa Adams, CEO of Prodo Digital – “We are absolutely thrilled to be working with Total Fitness and our aim is to help them become sector leaders in digital engagement. Marketing methodology is evolving incredibly quickly and our targeted strategy focuses on delivering measurable return on investment.”

“This is an exciting opportunity for Prodo Digital to work with a well-known health and fitness chain, building on our experience in the sport sector. Total Fitness is a great industry player to add to our client base, coming off the back of other successes with Lancashire County Cricket Club and West Lothian Leisure.”
