2. ACCESSING OUR SITE
2.1 You are provided access to our site in accordance with these
terms and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in
accordance with these terms. Access to our site is permitted on a
temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the
service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will
not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time
or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to
some parts of our site, or our entire site, to users. Registration

immediately on demand from and against all claims, liability,
damages, losses, costs and expenses including reasonable legal fees
arising out of any breach of the conditions by you or any other
liability arising out of your use of our site or the use by any
other person accessing our site using your account and/or your
personal information.
3. OUR RIGHTS
We reserve the right to;
modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently our website (or
any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm
that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any
modification to or withdrawal of our site; and/or
change the conditions from time to time and your continued use
of our site (or any part thereof) following such change shall be
deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your

companies and third parties connected to us hereby expressly

6. PRIVACY
6.1 We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
We will treat all your personal information as confidential
(although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the
circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server
and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and
Consumer legislation from time to time in place. When you purchase
goods on our site, we will ask you to input and will collect

billing address, delivery address, telephone number, and product

accordance with applicable UK Data Protection and Consumer

stored on our system. Unfortunately, the transmission of

subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with

be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by
