Our working relationship with North West Fertility began with a recommendation by another of our clients, the Grosvenor Nuffield Hospital. After our referral, North West Fertility brought us on board to produce a full mix of marketing communications for them; from brand creation through to marketing literature and even their website.
Due to the sensitive subject matter, we had to ensure all the marketing communications set the right tone and appealed to a sensitive and serious audience. The format and feel was key here to provide the correct balance of medical information, creative visuals and tone of voice.
