Plumlife is one of the UKs leading firms in the intermediate housing market providing housing solutions for people who cannot afford to buy a home outright. They operate across Greater Manchester and Lancashire and their Home Buy Service provides a one-stop-shop for first time buyers in the area.
Prodo was invited to design a specific email template so that Plumlife could regularly communicate with people who had applied for one of their housing schemes as a way of increasing interaction with its customers.
The email template was designed to be personable, easy to read and on brand in order to completely engage its customers as well as increase brand recognition. The first email was such a success that Plumlife now distribute an email on a monthly basis. The client also now uses Prodomail to ensure that they can fully control the whole email process – from content to distribution of the emailer.
