Nuffield Health is Britain's largest and most pioneering
healthcare charity. Nuffield Health has brought together their
hospitals, clinics, fitness & wellbeing centres into one
holistic healthcare service provided from over 200 locations. The
Central Recruitment Department at Nuffield Health was established
in 2008 to support the business in attracting, selecting and
retaining talent to drive Nuffield Health forward.
Working in partnership with Prodo Digital, Nuffield has
strengthened their attraction strategies, primarily by setting up
and hosting a dedicated e-recruitment careers portal website, which
is supported by SEO and PPC campaigns. As such, Nuffield Health has
seen a significant impact in how they have marketed their employee
proposition online, which has resulted in an increase in candidate
interest and applications to their opportunities. .

In under a year we have tripled the number of visitors using the

generated by 75%. At the last count we have over 100 of their
target search terms in the top ten on Google and the campaign goes
from strength to strength.
