We set up remote access to your network then remote support can be carried out and charged in 1/2 hour blocks.
On Site Contract Customers can pre pay for hours in advance for use at any time for any type of work including support, installation etc. 25 hours paid in advance qualifies for 20% discount, 40 hours qulifies for 30% discount.
