The hotel industry is one of the most competitive in the UK, and customer loyalty is a vital ingredient to success. When Howard Basfords bought Inglewood Manor two years ago it had been previously used as a corporate conference facility, and it therefore needed to quickly establish a reputation as a high quality country house hotel with excellent wedding and conference facilities. By investing in a new brand, website, and internet marketing stategy, it was then able to create a substantial email database of existing and potential guests.
Using the database it created, Inglewood Manor were then able to utilise the strengths of Prodomails design, database management and broadcasting functionality to create monthly campaigns that place its competition firmly in the shade.
