Harris Homes is a leading housebuilder in North Wales that has established a tradition of creating beautiful homes in panoramic settings, as well as restoring a range of barns into luxurious homes.
Harris Homes briefed Prodo on creating adverts suitable for its key audience to launch its new developments. Prodo identified the key media as Cheshire Life and the Chester Chronicle and ran adverts to launch the Stables development (the Chronicle) and the Carriage House development in Bodfari (the Chronicle and Cheshire Life).
In order to promote the luxury angle of the homes, the adverts focused on using the stunning imagery of the properties and their locations within the adverts. Whilst the Cheshire Life advert focused on the premium lifestyle offered by these properties, the Chronicle adverts in association with Cavendish Ikin concentrated on the property and investment angle enabling Harris Homes to reach an even wider audience.
