"Mince Pies And Sherry..."
After a competitive pitch, we began our consultancy
phase by undertaking comprehensive research with
Lancashire Members and other stakeholders. We took
our mobile Customer Engagement Lab over to the cricket
ground, along with copious amounts of mince pies and
sherry (it was Christmas time so it was only fair). The
eye-tracking and stakeholder interviews ensured that we
built a modern, user-centric, adaptable website that
reflects Lancashire’s burgeoning presence in the digital
landscape and meets the varying requirements of all
of its users.
