Prodo Digital specialise in search engine optimisation, web design, social media, online PR, usability and conversion consultancy, established for 12 years in a fantastic purpose built office just outside Chester.  The company is looking to grow further and  an opportunity has now arisen for a Business Development Manager to join our team.

If you are a proven sales professional with experience of selling in a new media/digital environment, this role will provide the ideal opportunity for you to develop your career within a fast-growing and exciting company.

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be tasked with targeting and driving new business. Specifically, this will involve promoting and selling the company's portfolio of products, including search engine optimisation, web  and other online-based services.

You'll be expected to source and identify your own leads,  build propositions and make face-to-face presentations where required. The role requires the ability to understand clients' needs and create value-added proposals, whilst building effective relationships.

To be considered for this position, you must have proven B2B sales experience gained within a similar environment (such as digital/internet marketing, a digital agency, SEO agency, web design agency etc).

In addition, you'll be self-motivated and comfortable with being given high levels of personal autonomy, but also able to work effectively as part of a team. You'll need to be an excellent communicator with strong influencing skills and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

You will also have a dynamic, proactive and disciplined approach, thrive under pressure, and relish a challenge.
