How to get loads of links

The most important aspect of collating links to your site/blog is that you need to understand what makes people want to link to you site or blog.
People have to make the effort to link to your site, they will only link to your site if you can draw them in and make them feel some kind of emotion to the site/blog.
EMOTIONS = LINKS
It can be any emotion towards the site or blog; it can be love, hate, curiosity, laughter, happiness, enthusiasm, anger, disappointment, rage just to name a few.
People are driven by their emotions and a large majority will act upon these emotions, emotions of hate or anger are more likely to provoke a response than of joy or happiness. However any emotion-provoking article or web page will have a good success rate of users leaving responses.
In general if you can create articles or web page that can provoke a response from your viewers you can guarantee that people will link to the site or article and they will find it very difficult to not leave their opinion on your publication
